What is your shipping policy and delivery timeline?
We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless defective.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Every Rara Jewelry piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss.
