At Rara Jewelry, we want you to adore your new pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original gift box and secure it within a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
